ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess repair orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
• Recommend maintenance intervals and repair procedures while supporting clients and vendors
• Field calls from drivers to provide timely advice on service locations and repair needs

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications)
• Must reside in Springfield, MO or surrounding counties
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Two years of automotive maintenance or dealership service department experience required
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
