ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor
Job Summary
A company is looking for an ASE Automotive Service Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify repair orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
- Recommend maintenance intervals and repair procedures while supporting clients and vendors
- Analyze client needs and provide timely advice on repair orders and service proposals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications)
- Must reside in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding counties
- Six months of customer service experience required
- Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
- Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
