ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary

Seeking an ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor, the full-time remote position will guide clients in maintenance and repair decisions, ensuring fleet efficiency while managing repair orders and costs from a home office in Kansas City.

Key responsibilities:

• Review scheduled and unscheduled repair orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
• Recommend proper maintenance intervals and repair procedures to clients and vendors
• Field calls from drivers to evaluate needs and suggest appropriate service locations

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications) from specified categories
• Must reside in Kansas City, MO/KS or surrounding counties
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Two years of automotive maintenance or dealership service department experience required
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
