ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary

Experienced automotive professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as an ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor, responsible for guiding maintenance and repair decisions, ensuring fleet efficiency, and minimizing downtime for clients and vendors.

Key responsibilities:

• Review scheduled and unscheduled repair orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
• Recommend proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to clients
• Field calls from drivers and suggest appropriate service locations based on their needs

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications)
• Must reside in Tampa, FL or surrounding counties
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Two years of automotive maintenance or dealership service department experience required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
