ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary

Offering a remote full-time opportunity, the ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor will guide clients in making maintenance and repair decisions, ensuring fleet efficiency and cost control while working from home in Orlando, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze scheduled and unscheduled repair orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
• Recommend maintenance intervals and repair procedures while negotiating pricing adjustments as necessary
• Support Fleet Management offices and clients to minimize downtime and control costs through effective communication and advice

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications) from specified categories
• Must reside in Orlando, FL or surrounding counties
• Six months of customer service experience is required
• Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience is required
• Degree in Automotive Technology is preferred
