ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary

Seeking an ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor to work full-time remotely from Nashville, TN, who will manage maintenance and repair decisions for clients and vendors, ensuring fleet efficiency and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Review scheduled and unscheduled repair orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
• Recommend proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to minimize downtime
• Field calls from clients to provide timely advice on repair orders and suggest cost-effective service locations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications) from the specified list
• Must reside in Nashville, TN or surrounding counties
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
