ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor
Job Summary
Seeking an ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor, the full-time remote position will guide clients in Nashville, TN, on maintenance and repair decisions, ensuring fleet efficiency while managing costs and minimizing downtime.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and assess scheduled and unscheduled repair orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
- Provide recommendations for maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to clients and vendors
- Field calls from drivers to evaluate needs and suggest appropriate service locations
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications) from the specified list
- Must reside in Nashville, TN or surrounding counties
- Six months of customer service experience required
- Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
- Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
