Job Summary
Seeking an ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor, the full-time remote position will guide maintenance and repair decisions for clients and vendors, ensuring efficient fleet management while minimizing costs and downtime.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and analyze repair orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
- Provide recommendations on maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing
- Support clients and vendors to minimize downtime and control costs through effective communication
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications) in specified categories
- Must reside in Orlando, FL or surrounding counties
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
