Job Summary
Offering a remote full-time opportunity, the ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor will guide maintenance and repair decisions for clients and vendors, ensuring fleet efficiency and cost control while working from home in Tulsa, OK.
Key responsibilities
- Review scheduled and unscheduled repair orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
- Recommend proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing
- Support Fleet Management offices, clients, and vendors to minimize downtime and control costs
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications) from the specified list
- Must reside in Tulsa, OK or surrounding counties
- Six months of customer service experience required
- Two years of automotive maintenance, repair consultation, or dealership service department experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
