Job Summary
As a full-time remote ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor, the candidate will manage maintenance and repair decisions for clients and vendors, ensuring fleet efficiency while working from home in Springfield, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Review scheduled and unscheduled repair orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
- Recommend proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to clients
- Field calls from drivers to evaluate needs and suggest appropriate service locations
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications) from specified categories
- Six months of customer service experience required
- Two years of automotive maintenance or dealership service department experience required
- Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
