ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor
Job Summary
To support a growing fleet management team, the full-time ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor will work remotely from Houston, TX, guiding maintenance and repair decisions to ensure fleets remain operational and costs are controlled.
Key responsibilities
- Review and recommend maintenance and repair procedures for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
- Field calls from clients, providing timely advice on repair orders and suggesting appropriate service locations
- Analyze clients' business needs and repair orders to create solutions and negotiate pricing adjustments as necessary
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications) from the specified list
- Must reside in Houston, TX or surrounding counties
- Six months of customer service experience required
- Two years of automotive maintenance or dealership service department experience required
- Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
