ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor
Job Summary
To support a growing fleet management team, the full-time ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor will guide maintenance and repair decisions for clients and vendors while working remotely from Dallas, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Review and recommend maintenance and repair procedures for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
- Field calls from clients to provide timely advice and service location recommendations
- Analyze clients' needs and negotiate pricing adjustments for repair orders
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications) from specified categories
- Must reside in Dallas, TX or surrounding counties
- Six months of customer service experience required
- Two years of automotive maintenance or dealership service department experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
