Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Maintenance - Truck.

Key Responsibilities

• Review repair requests from truck repair shops and approve or decline based on client policies
• Assist drivers in locating appropriate repair facilities and negotiate repairs on behalf of clients
• Manage inquiries through various platforms while adhering to department metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a mechanic or service advisor specializing in diesel engines
• Active ASE Certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Availability to work early evenings, one day per weekend, and holidays
• Proven negotiation and decision-making skills
