ASE Certified Service Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TRC Service Technician for a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance and locate suitable repair locations
• Provide accurate documentation on all maintenance and repair events and authorize necessary repairs
• Maintain monthly metrics and ensure adherence to preventative maintenance schedules

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Vocational or Technical education recommended
• 15+ years of experience in automotive or truck repair
• ASE Certified in 8 car or 6 truck repair categories
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and typing speed of 20-25 WPM
