ASE Certified Service Technician

Job Summary

Assisting drivers with emergency roadside assistance, the full-time ASE Certified Service Technician will locate suitable repair locations, provide documentation on maintenance and repair events, and ensure necessary repairs are authorized while maintaining a positive relationship with management and coworkers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance and locate suitable repair locations
• Document all maintenance and repair events and verify the necessity of repairs
• Maintain monthly metrics and ensure adherence to preventative maintenance schedules

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Vocational or Technical education recommended
• 10 to 15 years of experience in automotive or truck repair
• ASE Certified in 3-7 car or 3-6 truck repair categories
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
