Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Transmission Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers regarding installation and troubleshooting of remanufactured transmissions
Diagnose and troubleshoot common transmission issues via phone or email
Assist the client care team with warranty issues and maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Required Qualifications

ASE certification preferred or equivalent experience as a transmission builder
ASE Master Technician certification highly preferred
Transmission and engine diagnostic skills
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Customer service-oriented mindset
