Job Summary

A company is looking for a TRC Service Technician - Heavy Duty/Truck - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance and locating repair locations
• Provide accurate documentation on maintenance and repair events, and authorize necessary repairs
• Ensure adherence to preventative maintenance schedules and maintain monthly performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Vocational or Technical education recommended
• 15+ years of experience in automotive or truck repair
• ASE Certified in 8 car or 6 truck repair categories
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and typing skills (20-25 WPM)
