ASE Master Certified Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

To ensure safe and compliant maintenance operations, the full-time salaried ASE Master Certified Maintenance Manager will collaborate with corporate and regional teams, monitor performance, and develop strategies for operational efficiencies while also stepping in as Maintenance Manager when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Monitors and evaluates maintenance operations, taking corrective actions to improve performance
• Develops action plans and strategies to maximize operational efficiencies based on current operations
• Trains and oversees technicians and Maintenance Managers, ensuring adherence to company requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• ASE Master certification required
• Five years of experience in maintenance management within the passenger transportation or comparable service industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of performance indicators, including KPI and financial statements
• Valid driver's license and commitment to a safety lifestyle
