Asia Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asia Development Specialist for the Chef Corps program under a humanitarian aid contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and vet prominent culinary leaders in Asia using established networks and research methods
• Support recruitment efforts by pitching potential Chef Corps members and adapting methodologies based on feedback
• Assist with onboarding, database updates, and provide administrative support to the Chef Corps Director

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant hospitality employment experience
• Demonstrated knowledge or strong interest in the hospitality industry
• Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is highly preferred
• Experience using AI technology to meet professional goals
• Knowledge of culture, customs, geography, and politics in Asian countries
