Job Summary
Collaborating across multiple domains, the hybrid ASIC Architect will design next-generation AI accelerators, focusing on architectural exploration, performance modeling, and hardware/software co-design.
Key Responsibilities
- Own architectural exploration for transformer models and evaluate emerging techniques for next-generation accelerators
- Develop analytical models and simulation frameworks to assess architectural tradeoffs and performance metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align hardware direction with real workload needs and define subsystem interfaces
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in ASIC architecture
- Deep expertise in AI accelerator design and high-performance SoCs
- Hands-on experience building performance models for memory systems and interconnects
- Strong hardware/software co-design ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
