ASIC Verification Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ASIC Verification Engineering Manager to lead an ASIC Design Verification Team and drive innovation in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the ASIC Design Verification Team, overseeing verification test planning and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a DV strategy for first pass silicon success
• Hire, train, and support a team of ASIC engineers to ensure timely and cost-effective product development

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC design verification
• 5+ years of experience leading a team of direct reports
• Expertise in design verification tools such as Synopsys VCS and Verdi
• Proven success in first-pass ASIC development
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
