ASIC Verification Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ASIC Verification Engineering Manager to lead a team in semiconductor technology development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead an ASIC Design Verification Team to deliver high-quality block level and full chip verification and emulation activities
• Oversee verification test planning, execution, and development of innovative verification methodologies
• Manage hiring, training, and support of ASIC engineers to ensure timely and cost-effective product development

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC design verification
• 5+ years of experience leading a team of direct reports
• Expertise in design verification tools such as Synopsys VCS and Verdi
• Proven success in first-pass ASIC development
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
