Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening and addressing customer inquiries in ASL
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to billing and services, determining root causes and resolutions
- Document call details accurately and promote additional products or services to customers
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in American Sign Language and spoken English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple screens
- Ability to work in a remote, structured environment
