Job Summary

A company is looking for an American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and impartial ASL interpretation between ASL users and spoken English speakers
• Interpret in real time for calls, customer interactions, or other business-related communications
• Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with organizational policies and the Code of Professional Conduct

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• US Citizenship or 3 years of permanent residency
• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and English
• Demonstrated experience providing ASL interpretation in professional settings
• Strong understanding of Deaf culture and best practices for accessibility
