A company is looking for a Sign Practice Host to facilitate live ASL practice sessions and foster community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Host live signing practices for small groups based on provided materials
• Encourage active participation from learners during sessions
• Create an inclusive and enjoyable learning environment

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) and English
• Identify as Deaf
• Experience teaching ASL, especially to beginners
• Knowledge of Zoom operation and technical facilitation
• Understanding of Deaf community and cultural sensitivities
