Assembly Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assembly Technician to support mechanical assembly activities in Huntington Beach, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble components using standard hand/power tools and precision instruments
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, inspections, and non-conformances
• Collaborate with engineers to suggest design changes and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience in aircraft maintenance, machine trades, or manufacturing technologies
• Experience with composites, titanium, sheet metal, riveting, fastening, wiring, tubing, and basic machining
• Familiarity with drawings, blueprints, and technical data
• Ability to use tooling such as torque wrenches, countersinks, drills, and calibrated equipment
• Must be able to obtain Security Clearance after hiring
