Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assessment Content Manager who will develop and maintain assessment content for various evaluation types.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review assessment items to ensure alignment with learning objectives and competency frameworks
• Analyze assessment results for effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of content

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in assessment development or instructional design
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, psychometrics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of assessment types and principles of validity and reliability
• Familiarity with learning management systems and authoring tools
• Experience with technical content or certifications in areas such as AWS or cybersecurity
