Assessment Coordinator - Illinois Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assessment Coordinator to support exam preparation and administration within the Academic Operations team of the Illinois College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Support faculty in developing and finalizing high-quality exam items and manage logistical details for assessments
• Facilitate data collection and reporting to support student academic success and early intervention systems
• Coordinate assessment data management and generate reports for faculty and administrators to evaluate student performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a similar support role in education, health, or a related discipline
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Experience developing and administering examinations in higher education
• Familiarity with exam software platforms and secure testing procedures
• Understanding of competency-based assessment in medical education
