Assessment Operations Director

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytically minded, the full-time remote Assessment Operations Director will manage the end-to-end quarterly assessment process, ensuring accurate data collection and synthesis for the Global Life Sciences Activation & Adoption division.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the quarterly assessment process, collecting and synthesizing data for the global portfolio
• Conduct outreach and lead assessment interviews to gather structured inputs aligned with scoring rubrics
• Maintain the Global Portfolio Health Dashboard and prepare portfolio health reports for internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Program Coordination, preferably in the Enterprise Cloud or Life Sciences sector
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end assessment or data collection cycles across large account portfolios
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce reporting and analytics tools, including CRM Analytics and Tableau CRM
• Strong analytical skills with experience in translating multi-source data into actionable reporting
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with field teams and external stakeholders
