Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assessment Panel Member.

Key Responsibilities

• Review eligibility and assess (score/rank) applicants for the Australia Awards Scholarship Intake 2026
• Apply fair and transparent assessment processes and discuss the merits of applicants
• Independently assess applications using a scoring matrix and provide comments in a short assessment panel report

Required Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification from a recognised university in Education, Development, Human Resource Management, or a relevant field
• Experience in developing countries, preferably Laos, with an understanding of development roles
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Skills in education assessment, recruitment, and HR, with an objective team-oriented approach
• Advanced English skills (IELTS 7.5+ or native speaker) and experience with online databases (desirable)
