Job Summary

Focused on delivering high-quality assessment services, the remote Assessment Services Specialist will support implementation and onboarding, provide ongoing advisory and support to customers, and manage a portfolio of customer engagements effectively.

Key responsibilities
  • Support implementation and onboarding of assessment products for assigned accounts
  • Deliver ongoing advisory and support, including score interpretation and data coaching
  • Manage customer engagements end-to-end, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in K-12 EdTech, assessment, and/or customer-facing professional services
  • Understanding of formative and/or interim assessments and their application in education
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to progress without a fully defined playbook
  • Genuine interest in assessment and its impact on teaching and learning
