Key Responsibilities:

• Create assessment questions reflecting mathematical and statistical concepts for job candidates
• Ensure assessments accurately evaluate candidates' skills and align with client goals
• Iteratively refine assessments based on feedback and maintain high quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or higher degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
• Over 3 years of industry experience in quantitative trading, research, or finance
• 2 years of assessment writing experience
• Passion for applying data-driven approaches to real-world problems
• Proficiency in Mathematics or Data Science domains
