Asset Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Coordinator to support their VFX Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead QA for files
• Assemble weekly project reports and track updates from artists, leads, and clients
• Organize submissions for delivery to clients and prepare materials for team distribution

Required Qualifications

• Previous Production Coordinator experience in the gaming industry and/or app development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/SharePoint, Adobe Suite, Google Docs/Sheets, and at least one Project Tracking tool
• Strong organizational skills with experience in weekly reporting and file management
• Proactive personality with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Bonus: Understanding of VFX fundamentals and experience with art creation tools
