Key Responsibilities

Advise lenders, master servicers, and special servicers on financing transactions involving commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS)
Support the Asset & Corporate Finance practice group as a Special Project Lawyer (SPL)
Engage in financing transactions with a focus on asset and corporate finance

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience with financing transactions
Real estate law and real estate finance experience preferred, but not required
Professional maturity is essential
Remote work capability with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone
