Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Engineer in Asset Lifecycle Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of the configuration management database (CMDB) within ServiceNow
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions, documenting adherence to CMDB standards
- Identify business process improvement opportunities and optimize workflows with technical teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Knowledge of ITIL or ITSM methodologies
- Ability to meet deadlines
