Asset Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile and review various reports to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Monitor the collection of financial reporting from Borrowers and assist Asset Managers with quarterly lender reports
• Analyze property operating statements and maintain client watchlists detailing property performance and market trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related subjects, or equivalent experience
• Entry-level professional with 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Commercial Real Estate Asset Management
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work efficiently with large datasets and perform cash flow analyses
• Experience with ARGUS, DCF valuation models, and sale/lease comps is a plus
