Asset Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Asset Management team, the full-time Asset Management Analyst will ensure project compliance through tasks such as land lease oversight, property tax management, and financial due diligence while working remotely with occasional travel for in-person meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with project compliance, including site control contract obligations and stakeholder reporting
• Manage insurance and bonding processes, including timely payment verification in NetSuite
• Support the documentation and refinement of Asset Management workflows and intercompany agreements

Required qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience managing complex tasks with timely completion
• Willingness to learn new tasks and software
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
