Asset Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting budgeting and operational performance monitoring, the full-time remote Asset Management Analyst will manage variance analyses, analyze underwriting budgets, and assist in investor reporting for a multifamily real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly variance-to-budget analyses, identifying operational drivers and market conditions affecting performance
• Analyze underwriting budgets and operating assumptions for multifamily assets, supporting investment reporting materials and due diligence processes
• Support the annual budgeting process by building and modeling property-level operating budgets in collaboration with Asset and Property Management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 1-4 years of experience in multifamily or commercial real estate asset management, property accounting, acquisitions, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel, including the ability to build and audit models
• Familiarity with multifamily operating statements and key metrics, such as NOI and economic occupancy
• Exposure to AI tools for investment workflows is preferred
