Asset Management Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking an analytical and entrepreneurial Asset Management Analyst, this remote full-time position will manage budget builds, conduct variance analysis, and produce performance reports to optimize rental portfolios while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budget builds and lead monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis for assigned portfolios, identifying trends and partnering with Accounting and Ops teams
• Produce performance reports for institutional investors and company leadership, translating data into clear narratives and recommendations
• Conduct financial analysis to support hold/sell decisions and portfolio expansion opportunities, while leveraging advanced reporting tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 4-5+ years of experience in real estate, asset management, financial analysis, FP&A, or a related analytical role
• Strong understanding of portfolio financials and P&L
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data visualization
• Proficiency in Sigma or a similar analytics platform, with experience in AI-powered workflows preferred
