Asset Management Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the operational and commercial performance of a utility-scale renewable energy portfolio, the remote Associate, Asset Management will manage asset performance, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders to optimize operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the operational and financial performance of assigned solar assets, serving as the primary internal contact for day-to-day oversight
• Track asset-level P&L and operating expenses, escalating deviations with recommended corrective actions
• Coordinate with O&M service providers to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Finance
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in renewable energy
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or project coordination is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
