Asset Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Management Associate to oversee the financial performance of solar asset portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance and operational performance of financing structures within the portfolio
• Administer financial models for structured-finance transactions and manage investor distributions
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate with various teams to achieve fund objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Strong financial acumen with knowledge of debt and equity structures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience in renewable-energy finance or structured-finance asset management is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
