• Validate and review repossession requests for accuracy and eligibility
• Assign repossession agents and oversee tracking and timely recovery of collateral
• Maintain communication with repossession partners and ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consumer finance or a related industry
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Demonstrated career stability
• Ability to work independently
