Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or project management in financial services
• Experience collaborating across operational departments to implement solutions
• Advanced understanding of residential mortgage operations, particularly non-agency products
• Proficient in tools such as AI toolkits, Excel, SQL, or Tableau
