Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Management Associate to join its investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating property-specific annual business plans and support performance tracking
• Review financial statements, manage property expenditures, and prepare reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on leasing, property management, and investment opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, finance, or a related field (MBA or MS in Real Estate preferred)
• Three to five years of experience in commercial real estate asset management or related fields
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis and commercial real estate fundamentals
• Experience with commercial real estate software like Yardi Voyager / Elevate and VTS preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex information clearly
