Asset Management Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing Loss Mitigation team, the remote Associate Asset Management will manage repossession requests, validate assignments, and coordinate with repossession agents to ensure efficient collateral recovery while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Validate repossession requests and conduct thorough reviews of assignment criteria
• Assign repossession agents and oversee tracking and timely recovery of collateral
• Maintain communication with repossession partners and monitor system statuses for data integrity

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in consumer finance or a related industry
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Demonstrated career stability
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
