Asset Management Consultant

Job Summary

Assisting in the development of business cases for digital transformation projects, the full-time Capital Market Workforce Team Member will leverage expertise in buy-side asset management operations and user experience design while collaborating with diverse business and technology teams in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business cases for new digital transformation initiatives
• Analyze and design key user journeys and assist during implementation
• Collaborate with business users to set clear objectives and timelines for digital strategies

Required qualifications

• Thorough understanding of buy-side asset management operations
• Experience with Middle Office cash reporting and Eagle Accounting
• Hands-on experience in data mapping and defining user experience/interface design
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance policies in the asset management sector
• Familiarity with Java/JEE/Spring, Tomcat, and SQL scripting
