Job Summary
To support Clean Utility systems during facility startup and operational readiness activities, the remote Asset Management & Reliability Engineering Consultant will develop asset hierarchies, conduct criticality assessments, and standardize equipment documentation as part of a 4-6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain asset hierarchies and equipment taxonomies down to the component level
- Support Asset Criticality Assessments (ACA) and reliability evaluations, and analyze utility and process equipment for maintenance requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to align documentation and maintenance standards across multiple sites
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, asset management, or maintenance planning
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and reliability-centered maintenance concepts
- Experience performing or supporting ACA, CCMA, or risk-based maintenance assessments
- Ability to build equipment hierarchies and work at a detailed component level
