Asset Management Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the servicing and draw management of a loan portfolio, the full-time remote Asset Management Specialist will manage construction draws, monitor loan performance, and coordinate communication with borrowers and servicers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review construction draw requests, ensuring compliance with company policy
- Monitor loan portfolio for past due payments and proactively follow up with borrowers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for borrower communication related to draws and loan status
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of experience in loan servicing, asset management, or mortgage operations
- Familiarity with construction draw processes and loan servicing workflows
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM/loan servicing platforms, with HubSpot experience preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple loans and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-starter capable of working independently and identifying issues proactively
