Asset Manager
Job Summary
Owning portfolio performance for a set of manufactured housing communities, the full-time Asset Manager will manage budgeting, asset-level performance, and investor reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own budgeting, reforecasting, and business plan execution for an assigned portfolio
- Monitor asset-level performance, including rental rates, occupancy, and expense management
- Prepare and present investor reporting and performance reviews for institutional partners
Required qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in asset management, acquisitions, or investment analysis within real estate
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build and audit models
- Strong command of real estate finance fundamentals, including NOI drivers and budget-to-actual analysis
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Experience working with institutional capital partners is a strong plus
