Asset Manager - HUD/GSE

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Manager - HUD/GSE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage borrower requests and loan servicing functions for assigned portfolio
• Produce and analyze financial statements of commercial or multifamily properties
• Administer construction projects and maintain risk ratings for all projects

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3+ years of commercial or multifamily mortgage servicing experience
• Proficient knowledge of multifamily mortgage banking and loan servicing
• Experience with HUD/FHA, Fannie Mae DUS, or Freddie Mac Optigo loan servicing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel skills preferred
